Not recommend for Flaky, damaged nails, splitting nails. Would recommend a course of professional manicures every 2-4 weeks to get the nails in top condition for the Shellac.
After Care Advice after your Shellac Treatment:
To make the best of your new Shellac, follow these simple guidelines:
* A cuticle oil MUST be applied at least once or twice a day every day to keep your nails and cuticles hydrated to get the 14 day wear.
* Never chew, pick or try and peel your Shellac
* Wear protective gloves when gardening, or doing housework
* Dry hands thoroughly after washing
* Use hand cream regularly
* Do not use your fingernails as tools, use pads of fingers instead
* Never use metal files
* Keep nails a workable length
* Use cuticle cream or oil to moisturise dry cuticles
* Avoid harsh and drying soaps
* Return to your manicurist for regular, professional manicures at least every 2-4 weeks for maintenance and further treatments
