Bridal Spray Tanning Fitting service

Finding the right spray tan shade is a personal thing. And just like when you're choosing a foundation, you’ll need to try a few shades to find exactly the tone that will suit you best.

There are six spray tan solutions to choose from, as well as our indulgent manually applied tan, so book in a consultation with your spray tan therapist to discuss what you are after and they’ll suggest what is best for you. Just like your dress fitting, and hair trial, you'll want to be sure it’s right for you so we would recommend having at least two or three trials.

Getting the colour right for you...

As part of your trial, once you've had your tan, make a mental or written note on which day you liked the colour of the tan best.

For example, if you like the colour best on Day Two, and you are getting married on a Saturday, you'll know to book your tan on the Thursday before your wedding.

Fun for all the girls...

As any bride-to-be will know, it’s important to keep your bridal party happy too, especially your bridesmaids, so why not have a pre-hen night spray tan party at home, so you can all enjoy looking bronzed and fabulous on your big night out. And then repeat the spray tan party again before the big day? Talk to your therapist about arranging a party at home.

And don’t forget the groom...

Although they might deny it, we all know that the boys secretly enjoy a bit of pampering. After all, they’re often prone to helping themselves to our moisturisers! What to do before your spray tan?

Pre Post Tan Prep

Before your tan:-

Exfoliate and moisturise the night before the tan (not on the day of the tan), paying particular attention to elbows, knees, ankles and problem dry areas.

Paint nails and toenails, especially if they are acrylics or similar

Wax/shave at least 24/48 hours prior to treatment.

This allows the pores time to close. Dotting in pores may appear if not adhered to.

Do not moisturise or use skin lotions on the day of your tan.

Remove make-up and deodorant before your tan

After your Tan:-

Wear dark loose clothing after your treatment. Tight clothing or underwear may cause marks.

Wear flip-flops or loose fitting shoes.

Do not shower or bathe for at least 8 hours (the development time).

Do not exercise or swim during the development period.

Try not to touch your skin during the development time. Top tip – if leaving on overnight wear loose socks over your hands in bed

Pat dry after showering and use Sienna X products to prolong the life of your tan and to stay looking gorgeous.
