Everyone experiences stress and difficulties at some point in their lives. It is important to be able to combat stress effectively so that negative effects such as illness and depression are reduced in our daily life. Everyone needs a healthy outlet for stress, one of the most effective ways of reducing stress is the practice of meditation.

I provide Guided meditations, to mind-full meditations which will give you the relaxation and benefits you need.
I also do chakra meditations, abundance meditation, Crystal meditation and clearing meditations.
One to one sessions are priced at £30.00
If you have a group of over 5 ladies it is £7.00 each
If it is for a business session of below 5 people it is £10.00 each
